"I got this and was so excited! But when I opened it, it smelled putrid. The oils had gone bad. I gave it one star because I am disabled and have a hard time getting around and was asked of customer service to ship it back to them. They don’t pay for labels and give you no other option. I can’t get to a UPS store and am so sad they didn’t give me a refund or reship option. Love the products but disappointing customer service, didn’t even get an “I’m sorry“. Will no longer be using this company for household needs."

What is the difference between the new body soap and the old body wash?
Hi Tiffany, Thanks for reaching out! The ingredients between the two stayed the same, however we changed the amount of specific ingredients to create a more sudsy formula!
