THE ROLEÂ
We’re looking for a self-motivated and creative HR Generalist to lead our People Strategy, including conducting full-cycle recruitment efforts, employee onboarding, employee engagement, recognition programs, benefits/health & wellness initiatives, performance management & development and respond to daily HR-related inquiries. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who really enjoys recruiting, as well as planning and executing ongoing activities to promote a positive and thriving company culture. Â
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talentÂ
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, offers, employee screenings and onboarding activitiesÂ
- Develops and implements employer brand strategies and activities for candidate engagementÂ

THE ROLEÂ
Zum is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a financial co-pilot to key business partners across the organization. This role is responsible for building structured, insightful financial analyses to drive smarter decisions across operations, product development, marketing, and sales. This is a highly analytical and collaborative position that blends financial modeling and analysis, and storytelling with numbers. You’ll help translate business questions into actionable insights, identify opportunities for margin and efficiency improvement, and guide stakeholders toward financially sound decisions as Zum continues to scale.Â
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
Financial Modeling & AnalysisÂ
- Build dynamic models to evaluate business scenarios, investment decisions, pricing strategies, and margin performance.Â
- Analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities — translating findings into clear business insights.Â
- Conduct product and customer profitability analyses to inform assortment, pricing, and promotional decisions.Â
- Develop ROI models for new initiatives, product launches, capital investments, and strategic projects. Â
- Establish and manage SKU and Customer economic analytics, including a margin target setting and review process. Â

Sr. Manager, Supply Planning, & Procurement

THE ROLEÂ
Zum is looking for a proactive and strategic Sr. Manager, Supply Planning & Procurement to lead and execute supply chain planning and purchasing for our full line of natural home and body care products. This hybrid role combines ownership of supply planning and procurement, ensuring raw material availability, optimal inventory levels, and uninterrupted production.  You will manage all purchasing operations, work closely with our production, logistics and commercial teams, and play a critical role in Zum’s ability to meet customer demand while staying true to our commitment to natural, high-quality ingredients at the lowest possible cost. Â
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
Supply PlanningÂ
- Develop and maintain end-to-end supply plans across all product categories based on demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory targetsÂ
- Lead development of production schedules to meet service levels and inventory goalsÂ
- Manage SKU-level inventory strategies to avoid stockouts and reduce excess or obsolete inventoryÂ
- Build out and lead the S&OP process, ensuring tight coordination across Sales, Marketing, and OperationsÂ
- Support new product introductions, promotional runs, and seasonal offerings through integrated supply and procurement planningÂ
ProcurementÂ
- Own the procurement of raw materials, packaging, and components that deliver on Zum brand standards, while ensuring uninterrupted production at the lowest possible costÂ

Sales Analyst

THE ROLEÂ
As a Sales Analyst at Indigo Wild, you'll play a key role in supporting Zum’s continued growth by analyzing sales trends, identifying opportunities in the natural and specialty retail space, and providing actionable insights to our Sales and Marketing teams. You’ll help us better understand performance across channels — from wholesale to e-commerce to national retailers — and use data to drive decisions that get more Zum into more hands. You will use actionable data to elevate our retailer relationships by providing key analytical and selling support that will drive category growth. The ideal candidate has Sales Analyst experience with other CPG companies, and is a disciplined, detail-oriented individual who understands working with internal and external partners.Â
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
Analyze retail sales data (e.g., POS, syndicated data, DTC, wholesale orders) to identify trends, performance drivers, and growth opportunities.Â
Build and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers to support internal teams and retail partners.Â
Monitor inventory levels and sell-through rates at key accounts to support forecasting and replenishment planning.Â

Customer Support
