THE ROLE 

We’re looking for a self-motivated and creative HR Generalist to lead our People Strategy, including conducting full-cycle recruitment efforts, employee onboarding, employee engagement, recognition programs, benefits/health & wellness initiatives, performance management & development and respond to daily HR-related inquiries. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who really enjoys recruiting, as well as planning and executing ongoing activities to promote a positive and thriving company culture.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent 
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, offers, employee screenings and onboarding activities 
• Develops and implements employer brand strategies and activities for candidate engagement 
• Develop and manage market pay evaluations and annual performance evaluations & development process 
• Support creation of Company, Function/Role and Individual development programs 
• Develop and implement employee engagement and pulse surveys ensuring that those are effectively communicated for optimal participation 
• Analyze survey results to develop and implement action plans 
• Assess the current state of existing recognition and rewards programs; analyze gaps and needs 
• Research best practices for recognition programs and develop program proposals that drive behaviors aligned with company values and expectations 
• Assist with employee benefits programs, including procurement, development, enrollment and administration 
• Provide HR guidance and support to employees regarding policies and procedures 
• Manage all HR-related files and documentation 
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent  
• 2-3 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting/experience 
• Proven experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on recruiting 
• Strong initiative and high level of personal accountability & problem solving 
• Ability to excel in a hands-on, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

THE ROLE 

Zum is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a financial co-pilot to key business partners across the organization. This role is responsible for building structured, insightful financial analyses to drive smarter decisions across operations, product development, marketing, and sales. This is a highly analytical and collaborative position that blends financial modeling and analysis, and storytelling with numbers. You’ll help translate business questions into actionable insights, identify opportunities for margin and efficiency improvement, and guide stakeholders toward financially sound decisions as Zum continues to scale. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Financial Modeling & Analysis 

• Build dynamic models to evaluate business scenarios, investment decisions, pricing strategies, and margin performance. 
• Analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities — translating findings into clear business insights. 
• Conduct product and customer profitability analyses to inform assortment, pricing, and promotional decisions. 
• Develop ROI models for new initiatives, product launches, capital investments, and strategic projects.  
• Establish and manage SKU and Customer economic analytics, including a margin target setting and review process.  
• Provide financial analysis on an ad hoc and/or special projects as required 

Decision Support & Business Partnership 

• Act as a strategic partner to key functions (e.g., Supply Chain, Product, Sales, Marketing), providing financial perspective and rigor in planning and decision-making. 
• Collaborate closely with department leads to develop budgets, forecasts, and business cases aligned with company goals. 
• Support cost/benefit analysis for operational changes and process improvements. 
• Help teams understand the financial impact of their decisions, fostering ownership and accountability. 

Reporting & Forecasting 

• Support monthly reporting and variance analysis to explain performance drivers at both summary and detailed levels. 
• Enhance forecasting accuracy by identifying key assumptions and aligning with cross-functional input. 
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools, ensuring smooth data integration between financial systems, internal financial  

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, preferably Finance, Accounting, or Economics required  
• 5-7 years of experience in finance role required; CPG (or similar) experience required  
• Strong financial acumen with proven ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and build financial modeling required 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail 
• Expert level proficiency with MS Excel and Netsuite required

THE ROLE 

Zum is looking for a proactive and strategic Sr. Manager, Supply Planning & Procurement to lead and execute supply chain planning and purchasing for our full line of natural home and body care products. This hybrid role combines ownership of supply planning and procurement, ensuring raw material availability, optimal inventory levels, and uninterrupted production.  You will manage all purchasing operations, work closely with our production, logistics and commercial teams, and play a critical role in Zum’s ability to meet customer demand while staying true to our commitment to natural, high-quality ingredients at the lowest possible cost.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Supply Planning 

• Develop and maintain end-to-end supply plans across all product categories based on demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory targets 
• Lead development of production schedules to meet service levels and inventory goals 
• Manage SKU-level inventory strategies to avoid stockouts and reduce excess or obsolete inventory 
• Build out and lead the S&OP process, ensuring tight coordination across Sales, Marketing, and Operations 
• Support new product introductions, promotional runs, and seasonal offerings through integrated supply and procurement planning 

Procurement 

• Own the procurement of raw materials, packaging, and components that deliver on Zum brand standards, while ensuring uninterrupted production at the lowest possible cost 
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships; monitor vendor performance, lead times, and cost changes 
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and MOQs to support cost-effective purchasing strategies 
• Ensure supplier compliance with Zum’s quality standards and values 
• Forecast purchasing needs based on supply plans and production schedules; manage POs, receipts, and inventory reconciliation 

Leadership & Collaboration 

• Directly manage and develop one Supply Planning Manager 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, R&D, Sales, and Finance to support business needs 
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement across planning and procurement functions 
• Generate reports and dashboards for leadership to provide visibility into supply chain health, risks, and KPIs 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field  
• 5+ years of supply planning and/or procurement experience in a CPG manufacturing environment 
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset 
• Expert-level excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) to build functional supply planning tools 
• Skilled in vendor negotiations and supplier management 
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

THE ROLE 

As a Sales Analyst at Indigo Wild, you'll play a key role in supporting Zum’s continued growth by analyzing sales trends, identifying opportunities in the natural and specialty retail space, and providing actionable insights to our Sales and Marketing teams. You’ll help us better understand performance across channels — from wholesale to e-commerce to national retailers — and use data to drive decisions that get more Zum into more hands. You will use actionable data to elevate our retailer relationships by providing key analytical and selling support that will drive category growth. The ideal candidate has Sales Analyst experience with other CPG companies, and is a disciplined, detail-oriented individual who understands working with internal and external partners. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  Analyze retail sales data (e.g., POS, syndicated data, DTC, wholesale orders) to identify trends, performance drivers, and growth opportunities.
