"I bought a Frankincense & Myrrh hand soap in May 2026 from iHerb. It was really nice. Thick, creamy, and the scent was dense and delightful. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and my large purchase of F&M hand soaps, bar soap, lotions, body sprays directly from Zum/Indigo Wild. Well, jokes on me, I guess. The new hand soap is watery and virtually scentless. The body sprays are fine, but not that deep incense-vibe I get from my iHerb purchase. If you're a teen, this might be a good fit. If Zum is seeing their costs increase, supply chain becoming more problematic…I get it. Be transparent. Make a great product and explain you have to raise prices. But don't sell this watery, scentless trash. I could have gotten something comparable at a dollar store. You've lost a very enthusiastic customer. Beyond disappointed. See pics - the iHerb bottle has a lot number on the bottom, “5313111”. The direct buy bottles have no lot numbers."
