"I love the Lavender laundry soap. It makes my clothe smell fresh and not perfumey. Unfortunately, my shipment was sent back to Zum the first time. When it was finally sent to me via Amazon (?) the cap was not taped like usual and the soap had leaked in the box and onto the other products I had ordered. Maybe rethink using low-budget 3rd party delivery so we get the quality Zum products and service we love!"
