Ingredient Disclosure

Pour 1/2 capful (1 oz.) in high-efficiency machines. For standard machines or larger loads, use one full cap. For best aromatic results, wash on cold and dry on low heat. For extra post-wash whiffs, toss Zum Wool Balls in when it's time to hit the dryer.

"When I was looking on TikTok I came across a video of a girl that was burning incense in her closet to make it smell good. Then I open the comment section and a picture opened and it was this soap. I was like O. K I am going to buy so I did. . . Next thing I know when I use the soap it done smell up my whole hall where my washing machine was then I put in the dryer same thing. How long can you store it unopened?
Hi Daniel While our Laundry Soap does last a decently long time, you can find a "best by" date on the back of your specific bottle that is more specific!
I only see instructions for high efficiency washing machines and I don’t have one.
Hi Laurel, For standard machines we recommend doubling the amount (so one full cap per load)!
What is the ph of this product? Zum laundry soap.
The pH on our laundry soap is little higher than neutral. It ranges from 9.5 to 11. Hope this helps!
What does the scent of this in clothing do to cats? Could it be harmful?
Hello, We have many Zummers and customers that have pets and love to use this laundry soap. However, if you are concerned at all we always recommend checking in with your vet first!
What “fragrance” is used it says it has “fragrance” and essential oils. So does it have more fragrance than just essential oils?
Thank you for reaching out! In addition to essential oils, we also use a small amount of phthalate-free, paraben-free synthetic fragrance oil in our Frankincense, Amber, and 3125 blends. If you are looking for a blend free of synthetic fragrance we have a lot to choose from as all of our other blends are made with essential oils only. :)
