Can’t live without it!

"Never thought I’d be a fan, but this is magical. It’s not a big mush of too much. Each fragrance is defined and detectable separately, and this is more beautiful than I can actually exuding -you just experience it. And, ZUM mixes them perfectly in their products. This and sea salt have taken the favorite spot now, and I was a patchouli only person. I can’t resist lime, so sea salt is my #1. I tend to get instant bad headaches from perfumes and even natural ones. ZUM NEVER has done that. In fact, ZUM relieves stress and tension. It also makes me want to clean. I spray Zum on me if I can’t sleep, and I believe it helps me. I use sea salt to spray on myself. I usually just smell good from my laundry and when I spray the house with ZUM. My daughter’s husband used to order this, and I had t used this particular fragrance. Her house smells like this all the time, and I bought this one to remind her of her house. I’ve been a ost Hopi girl for years, and now it’s usually this one and sea salt and patchouli sometimes. Thank you for making life joyful and relieving stress for people!"

NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE

"I have spent hundreds of dollars maybe thousands over the years with this company and my last order was very disappointing. The Roman body spray had Harley any essential oil in it and any scent. It is a clear manufacturing defect and I have yet to receive a response from the company and I’ve emailed them pictures. “ I have placed several orders with you in the past few years and I’m not happy with the quality of the Amber room and body spray this time. It is very cloudy and there is hardly any Amber fragrance in it. I have attached pictures so you can see. I have some older bottles that have far more amber color to them so I believe this is a bad batch. It’s never been cloudy like this either and this is after it’s been standing for an hour."
