"I liked the smell despite it not being the most strongly vanilla. The biggest drawback with this bar is it isn't practical for handwashing due to the poppyseeds throughout. I ended up giving it a try for shower use and it worked nicely as an exfoliator."
"I wasn't sure if I should order this because I thought it sounded like the typical cinnamon dessert type scents during holidays. However, this is more of a light sandalwood type of scent. I like it much more than expected. If you want the typical holiday cinnamon and clove stuff, skip this one. If you find those too strong like I do, this bar might be for you."
"I had to throw the soap away after using it one time as it's filled with bits of wood or some very sharp, hard bits that literally scraped up my skin. It didn't even smell like vanilla. I have used Zum soap for years, super disappointed in this one. Why on earth would you put sharp pieces of wood into a bar of soap?"
"First, the good. As a goat's milk bar soap - pretty nice, love that it also has rough bits in it to serve as an exfoliant bonus. Now, the bad. . . where's the vanilla? Where is the spice? This spells more like pinesol or cedar citrus to me. Really missed the mark in what I was looking for in this scent. I was picturing a sweet scent with warm vanilla and hints of nutmeg and cinnamon to really drive home the holiday feel. Sorry, Indigo Wild - this one didn't hit the mark at all for me and a lot of other people, apparently."

"I love most Zum soaps. This one doesn’t smell particularly like vanilla. The scent isn’t bad and it does smell spicy, just not like vanilla. It’s completely filled with poppy seeds and is more of an exfoliating bar which I didn’t expect and probabaly wouldn’t have purchased. They should write that in the description. Poppy seeds aren’t listed in the ingredients online, but are on the wrapper. You can see them if you look at the picture, but I didn’t notice and there are a lot."

"All the Goat’s milk soaps are fabulous ~ luxurious lather and totally non drying. The scent of this one is really unusual but quite good. It has a sharp but not at all unpleasant scent. I’m really picky about smells I hate anything perfume like. This is a keeper scent, fun for a new season and great for men & women !"
