I USED to love this brand…. disapointing…zero stars

"I used this brand for years, and LOVED how clean and smelly it made our clothes, especially knowing it fragrance was natural. We have been abroad and natural detergents here have been, meh- I am very smell oriented and the no smell, detergents I was buying were not working for me. To my glee I realized we could get Zum here! I ordered a bunch, it was a lot of money, but hey I’d been s long time lover of this brand, so dropping $150 on detergent and dryer balls is not a risk…. WRONG! I don’t know what had changed, but I might as well have been using the unscented detergents - because this detergent (both sea salt - a fave- and frankincense BOTH come out of the dryer smelling like…. hmmm…how shall I describe it, oh…NOTHING. Do not even get me started on the wool dryer balls, and scented spray, if you want static-ridden clothes that smell like …nothing to the point you aren’t even sure if they have been through the wash, pick up some detergent and dryer balls from ZUM. Waste of money from a product that used to be amazing !"

How much do I add for a standard washer? There are only instructions for HE’s.
Hi Sasha, There are instructions for both on the bottle - We recommend a whole tablespoon if you're using a standard machine! :)
