Immediate Opening:

🌿 Join Zum as a Marketing Intern! 🌿

Location: Kansas City, MO (Must be available to work in office)
Duration: Summer Internship (June 1 - August 15)
Compensation: Paid Internship + perks!

At Indigo Wild (the makers of Zum Soaps), we create products that amp up your ordinary to-dos, and we’re looking for a Marketing Intern to help us share our good vibes this summer. You’ll get a front-row seat to all the creative action, from content creation to digital marketing to the hustle and bustle of the factory floor.

 Here’s what your summer will look like:

• Capture Fun Factory Life With Content Creation: Think of fun, creative campaigns that bring our products to life in an authentic and organic way. You’ll help come up with new ideas that could be shared across social media, email, blogs and more! You’ll capture fun, behind-the-scenes content of the factory, the makers, and everything that makes our products special.

• Social Media Management: Help post and schedule content to showcase the plant-packed goodness and fun of Zum. You’ll learn the approval process and get hands-on experience managing social media accounts while helping us build a stronger presence across all platforms.

• Send Samples & Refresh the Website: Assist with sending out product samples to influencers, customers, and partners, and help update product images and copy on our website to keep things fresh and exciting. Assist with researching potential influencers, outreach, and building relationships with media contacts to help amplify our brand.

• Email & SMS Marketing: Learn the ropes of creating and scheduling email and SMS marketing campaigns. You’ll help with everything from promoting sales at our store in KC to keeping our wholesale customers in the loop.

• Assist with Photoshoots: From product shots to behind-the-scenes moments, you’ll see how professional photoshoots are run and help with whatever the day requires!

What we're looking for:

• A creative thinker who loves marketing, content creation, and storytelling.
• Strong written communication skills and an ability to capture the voice and vibe of our brand.
• An eye for detail, especially when it comes to content and visuals.
• Experience or enthusiasm for social media platforms, photography, and video.
• An interest in learning about email marketing, digital campaigns, and content strategy.
• Positive energy, a can-do attitude, and a love for all things natural and quirky!

Part-Time Customer Service Support

We're looking for an outgoing and friendly part-time team member to help us with customer service support! This job includes but is not limited to answering customer phone calls, assisting with questions, helping with order damages, sending replacement shipments, and more. This job also includes assisting with product returns, donations, as well as putting together gift set items.
