Your Rights under U.S Privacy Laws

If you choose to submit your request via email, you must include “Privacy Rights Request” in the subject line and clearly provide us with the following information: what type of request you are making, your full name, email address, and valid residential address. You may only make one request per email. We may need to verify your identity to enable us to process your request. Disclosure and deletion is subject to our receipt of a verifiable consumer request and exceptions or limitations established by applicable laws and regulations.
