The level of clean while maintaining softness is much appreciated. I tried laundry sheets, pods and a dissolvable concentrate in an attempt to eliminate the big plastic jugs. None did a very good job of cleaning, left the towels hard and they all still put plastic in the environment. I also bought the spray scent, the hand soap, the lotion, the cleaning spray, and the balm, I love all of it!"
