WANTED: ECOMMERCE & DIGITAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Indigo Wild, an ever-evolving maker of natural goods for the body & home, is looking for an Ecommerce & Digital Media Specialist to join the wild world of Zum. A person who welcomes the Indigo Wild juju and wants to contribute their talents to growing the Zum Bar Soap world.


Our people were both to be Indigo Wild - we’ve banded together to thump and bump the rock and soul into every batch of Zum Bars, Glows, Rubs, Kisses, and more. Together, we’re fusicians who ensure the holistic is always greater than the Zum of its parts. We are a collaborative group that likes to dig in and make magic happen. The family-style ambiance involves multiple people from multiple areas of the company to be involved in projects from start to finish. We’re looking for self-motivated individuals who can help direct our digital media strategies and contribute to the Indigo Wild verve and culture.


The Ecommerce & Digital Media Specialist will be coordinating, managing and executing Indigo Wild’s ecommerce website and digital media relationships to help grow direct business in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Zum Marketing team. They must have a strong attention to detail and a base of technical knowledge and exceptional project management and communication skills.


What you will be responsible for:


Website Management-

-        Manage relationships with website vendors and keep projects on time and on budget.

-        Develop, follow, and maintain website content strategy, product offering, and promotions that align with Marketing plan and initiatives.

-        Assess, analyze, and enhance the User and Brand Experience on the Ecommerce and Digital Media platforms by leading project implementation through the crafting project budgets and timelines, leading Q/A documentation to ensure deliverables are being met.

-        Track and deliver insights specific to Magento and Direct-to-Consumer sales.


Digital Media Master-

-        Day to Day agency contact regarding SEO, PPC, and other digital strategy goals.

-        Organize efforts of creative services, SEO, PPC, strategy and web development production to effectively execute campaigns and/or projects while maintaining timelines and budgets.

-        Successfully test, track and delivers ROI and performance insights specific to integrated digital strategies like paid media, and SEO.

-        Works as a functional member of the team, has ability to self-direct and self-regulate workday

-        Perform other duties as assigned and stay up to date on best practices and trends for web and mobile.


Email Platform Expert-

-        Collaborate with Email Platform (Bronto) Specialists to enhance website and email capabilities.

-        Implement email campaigns in accordance to Marketing Calendar.


Who you are:

-        Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

-        3-5 years in digital marketing account services, project management or other ecommerce environment.

-        Experience in working within Email Service Provider and Ecommerce platforms, Bronto and Magento is a plus!

-        Extensive knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the digital marketing industry.

-        Strong organizational skills required; able to successfully juggle multiple projects and to prioritize tasks in high stress situations.

-        Should have a strong understanding of social strategy, email strategy, website design and development production.

-        Strong interpersonal, customer service, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills.

They must have strong communication skills and the ability to manage the execution of multiple projects.


What you will be responsible for:
In-Store Branding & Consumer Experience

-        Help develop, execute and manage in-store signage and branding of Zum.

-        Manage relationships with external vendors and keep projects on time and on budget.

-        Help drive customers to stores through various marketing channels like Email, Social Media and Indigo Wild’s website.

-        Promote in-store events and promotions as needed to increase in-store sales.


Shopper Marketing Programs

-        Help develop shopper marketing programs for Key retailers and serve as project lead for execution.

-        Work with Sales team on opportunities for advertising in-store and in store circulars

-        Organize efforts of creative services, SEO, PPC, strategy and web development production to effectively execute campaigns and/or projects while maintaining timelines and budgets.

-        Assess, analyze, track, and deliver insights specific to implemented Shopper Marketing programs.


Sales Support

-        Serves as the point person for Marketing projects for the Sales team which may be signage, sales collateral, catalogs, and more.

-        Distribute promotional and information emails to Wholesale accounts.

-        Works as a functional member of the team, has ability to self-direct and self-regulate workday.

-        Perform other duties as assigned and stay up to date on best practices and trends.


Who you are:

-        Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

-        3-5 years in marketing, account services, project management or sales environment.

-        Experience in working within Email Service Provider and Ecommerce platforms, Bronto and Magento is a plus!

-        Extensive knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Consumer & Product Goods Marketing industry.

-        Strong organizational skills required; able to successfully juggle multiple projects and to prioritize tasks in high stress situations.

-        Should have a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies.

WANTED: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES SPECIALIST

Indigo Wild is now hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to further our mission of helping people everywhere find the plant-based products they love. The ideal candidate is positive, highly motivated and equally comfortable in front of a customer or in front of a spreadsheet.

What You’ll Do:

-        Utilize software to research internal customer issues and offer prompt solutions

-        Manage customer relationships to ensure timely receivables

-        Design and run customized reports that are relevant to financial operations

-        Alert management to irregularities, customer trends, and areas of concern

-        Understand customer pricing agreements and apply those to invoicing and collections projects

Must-haves:

-        Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

  • Finance or business major preferred, but not required if you are a numbers person

-        Computer savvy with an advanced working knowledge of Excel

-        Comfortable in a loud environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines

-        High level of professionalism both in the workplace and throughout customer communications

-        Critical thinking skills with the aptitude to use data to solve problems

-        Prior receivables experience preferred, but not required if you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done!

WANTED: MARKETING INTERN

Indigo Wild’s internship will consist of learning about the operation of a small business, including marketing, sales, and PR. The intern will be expected to work at least 20-30 hours per week and will be given a set schedule. In addition, the intern can purchase Indigo Wild product at the employee discount and will receive one pound of Zum Bar End Cuts free per month of the internship. Must be smart, fun, and like to eat good food!
