Location: Kansas City, MO

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Soap Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about natural skincare, comfortable working with their hands, and committed to quality craftsmanship. 

  • Must be comfortable working around strong scents and natural ingredients
  • Physically able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods

Immediate Opening: Bar Soap Labeler

Location: Kansas City, MO

We're looking for a part-time, fast-paced Bar Soap Labeler to join our team. The perfect person for this position: 

  • Ensures all labels are applied straight, centered, and securely affixed.
  • Verifies that the correct labels are used according to product scent.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area, including tools and labeling material.

Immediate Opening: Customer Support

Location: Kansas City, MO

We're looking for an outgoing and friendly part-time team member to help us with customer service support! This job includes but is not limited to:

  • Answering customer phone calls and fielding questions/concerns about all things Zum!
  • Sending replacement shipments in the case of damaged orders and products
  • Assisting with product returns, donations, as well as putting together gift set items
  • Helping out in our factory store as needed
