WANTED: PART TIME CONTRACTOR FOR MERCHANDISING

Summary
The contractor is responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with new and existing Indigo Wild Wholesale accounts.  The contractor will visit new and exisiting accounts to merchandise displays, educate department managers/buyers, drive sales through recommended orders, conduct trainings, demos and any other services.
·         The ability to independently prepare for travel include, but are not limited to:
o   Organizing store list.
o   Mapping effective and efficient travel routes.
o   Pack marketing material and other merchandising material needed for each trip/chain.
o   Clean, organize and update Zum displays, signage and product packaging.
o   Grow and maintain relationships with department managers/buyers.
o   Obtain store orders.
o   Recommend and educate staff on top selling items and make recommendations on Zum products that the store should carry.
o   Communicate new product items, promos, signage and updates to the department managers/buyers and staff.
o   Complete and follow up on credit memos, call tags and any other service aspects related to the accounts that you are servicing.
o   Complete a detailed excel recap of each store visit and email to Indigo Wild upon completion of trip.
o   Take before and after photos of each display and upload into google docs.

WANTED: FULL TIME LTL SHIPPING ASSISTANT SPECIALIST

We are accepting applications and resumes for a full-time LTL Shipping Assistant Specialist.  Previous experience working with picking and packing large warehouse shipments a must with a working knowledge of ERP systems such as Netsuite and RFsmart.  Standard operating hours are Monday – Friday, but during peak season, weekends may be required.

Heavy, repetitive lifting between 30 – 60 pounds will be required. Minimum of 1 year experience driving a fork lift and operating a pallet jack.

Vehicle required as you will commute daily between two warehouses.

Indigo Wild is now hiring a Summer Accounting Intern! This position is an exciting opportunity for any student who wants to learn the financial operations of a health and beauty company.

 

Job Type: Part-Time and Onsite

Flexible Hours: 12-24 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Start Date: May 2021 (flexible)

Indigo Wild is now hiring a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to further our mission of helping people everywhere find the plant-based products they love.  This position is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who wants to learn the financial operations of a health and beauty company!

 

Job Type: Part-Time and Onsite (KC, MO)

Hours: 24 hours per week, Monday-Friday

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and monitoring accounts receivable; resolves order and invoice disputes
  • Create sales orders and invoices in an accurate and timely manner
  • Become an expert user of the NetSuite ERP System; advise the accounting team on process improvements
  • Collaborate with the sales staff to maintain customer accounts

Must-haves:

  • Comfortable in a loud environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred
  • High level of professionalism both in the workplace and throughout customer communications
  • Computer savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Critical thinking skills with the aptitude to use data to solve problems
  • Prior data entry experience preferred, but not required if you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
