Terrible customer service, poor shipping packaging

"This product arrived greasy on the packaging. When I removed the plastic seal, I opened the tin and there was balm residue all over the side. It was super messy. Also, the smell was nice at first, but then it dried down to an old lady floral, musty smell…. and it’s SO GREASY. Also, the detergent I ordered came leaking too. It dried and crusted along the cap and my fiancé had to pry it off. They could have at least put some tape around the cap to minimize leakage. I would also like to mention that Zum’s customer service is TERRIBLE. When emailing I couldn’t get in touch with a real person. I’m pretty sure it was an AI bot the whole time. I sent a return back the day after my order arrived. And it took them almost 3 weeks to issue my refund. When they got my return package nearly 2 weeks ago. I’ve been buying from them for years. But it seems like they’ve gotten sloppy with packaging and shipping. I normally only order once a year during the holidays because I love the forest-y scents. But I was so disappointed with how my package came and the customer service this year, I probably won’t be purchasing from them again."

Is this the same thing as the Wee Rub? I’ve been searching for more of it. It was the ONLY thing that worked for my son’s diaper rashes!
Hi Kayla, The formula in our Lavender is slightly different than the Wee rub, but definitely the closest to that recipe compared to all the other Body Balm scents/formulas!
